Someone told me to check out Amy Sillman recently and I've been loving her work. I love her use of color and geometric forms. Some of her lines appear as a texture, and she incorporates abstracted figuration and collage. This particular piece reminds me of Phillip Guston and Nude Descending a Staircase.
